NEW HOLIDAY HOMES

All holiday homes are privately owned and sub-letting is not allowed. No homes are available for hire. All holiday homes have full services available.

Any make of new caravan can be purchased on the Park and pre-owned caravans are often available.

Touring caravans can be taken in part exchange.

The park cannot be used as you sole or main residence, proof of your address where you reside and can be contacted will be required.

SEASON: Currently 1st March - 31st October

PITCH FEE: Payable on or before 1st March  - £1350.00 + VAT

RATES & WATER: Payable on or before 1st March - £210.00 approx.

ELECTRICITY:  Charged at a pass through rate twice a year.

SITING AND COMMISSIONING OF CARAVANS

Siting and commissioning charges: This included connection to four main services (water, sewerage, electricity and TV) and standard steps
£2500.00 including VAT

Transport: From the factory to the Park depending on the make and the location of the manufacturer the charge is from £800.00. This includes road escort and VAT and 17.5% (and may be subject to fuel price increases)
